We attempt to clear the confusion that some customers have regarding terms used at the store.

Bed Covers : Is normally used in the day time over the night sheet. Its normally quilted and thick and available in sets with cushions and pillow covers.

Bed Spread : They are like bed covers except they are not quilted. Hence they are thinner than bed covers but thicker than bed sheets. They may or may not be in sets with cushion covers. Could also be used as throw.

Bed Sheet : Flat and Fitted: A fitted sheet is a bed sheet with elastic on its edges. The elastic makes it hold on tight to the matteress ensuring the sheet does not slip out. A flat sheet is a normal bed sheet (without elastic)

Quilt or Comforter : These are body covers that are stuffed with cotton or ploy-micro fibre. They maybe plain or printed. They are gaining popularity in India over the traditional blanket as they are anti-bacterial and easily washable.

Duvet : Duvet is French for quilt or comforter. It is normally filled with Down (Goose Feather). It is extremely soft textured. It is now increasingly filled with high quality micro-fibre. Varieties suck as Tencel, Aloe Vera treated fibre, Soya Bean Fibre and Silk fibre are also available.
